As the perfect compliment to my bitch Fossil, I chose a sire that had the qualities to produce a superb litter...Ch Windigo's Wild Wild West DNA-CP.

PEDIGREE

Fossil had a litter of seven, 3 BMM and 4 BTB.  All the pups were born and eating within the first two hours of Fossil starting labor.  I attribute this for the fact that Fossil is very fit and she was working sheep the morning before she delivered.  Her idea, not mine!

I kept a blue merle male, Marshall, who is exceeding my expectations so far.

Tinker

Fly Away Straight On Til Morning STDs JHD  is in her new home with a great couple, the Silvermans of Pennsylvania, and will be getting involved with agility and herding.  Take a look at another photo of Tinker.

Britt

CH Spitfire of Fly Away's is in Wisconson with Betty Jaco of Regatta Aussies. She has started her herding  and agility career and is doing very well.  Kalla shows her to perfection.
She is also working out to be a great Juniors dog for Kalla, helping Kalla to win
Best Junior Handler @ ASCA Nationals 2003.
Britt also placed second in her 2003 Nationals Am Bred class under Judge Janet Goin. Shown in only one  2003 Nationals PreShow, ASC of MI, she also placed second in her AmBred class, Judge Ann DeChant.

Rafe

Fly Away's Ghosteyed Wing Man is in Maryland with the Williams family.  Like his brother and sisters he is awesome on stock and is starting his career in agility, flyball, and will be shown in the altered conformation.

Gidget

Fly Away's Diamond In The Ruff JHD is owned, loved, and handled by Deb Scott of Delaware.  Gidget has multiple Group Puppy wins and is very nice on her stock.  She is also started in agility as well.  Click here for some win photos of Gidget!

Sydney

Sydney is owned by Lauren Orpneck of Newark DE.
She is having a very active life as Lauren's constant companion, going to the horse barn everyday, helping with chores, and  going riding.  Sydney has grown up to be a very cute and sweet pup.  This spring Lauren and Sydney are planning to get into agility and obedience...maybe I'll talk her into altered breed showing!
 

This litter is turning out to be everything I had hoped and strived for. I am very lucky to have found wonderful people to raise my puppies.  Look for these pups to be making names for themselves in the near future !
